Unapologetically

Coach Ashley

Married to my favorite lady. Mom to a sassy, snack-obsessed daughter. Professional dad-joke connoisseur. When I’m not helping people discover their own badass strength, you can find me wrangling my kid, cracking puns, or perfecting the art of "baby, please, just one more coffee?"

Mission

I believe everyone is stronger and more capable than they realize—and often, than they’ve ever been told. My mission is to help people discover said strength, both in and out of the gym, while feeling deeply valued, supported, and celebrated along the way.

Coaching isn’t just about lifting weights for me—it’s about lifting people. I’m committed to showing up as an unwavering supporter for my clients as they realize their own power. The strength they build in the gym doesn’t stay there—it spills over into every part of their lives, creating confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

With two years as a state-record-holding powerlifter and seven years of coaching experience, I bring both expertise and heart to every session. I love what I do, and I value my clients not just as athletes but as people, always.

Vision

Living in a college town, I noticed gyms on every corner catering to people who already felt comfortable in their skin—but I kept wondering, what about the rest of us? What about those who feel othered, uncomfortable, out of place? What about the weird, the queer, the ones who’ve been told—directly or indirectly—that they don’t belong in spaces built for strength?

I’m committed to changing that. My vision is to create spaces where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated. Spaces where strength is measured not just in pounds lifted but in courage reclaimed. I believe the people who need to feel powerful the most deserve somewhere built for them.

As I continue to grow, I’m dedicated to leading with authenticity, integrity, and heart—never just coaching, but standing beside my clients as they discover their own power. I’ll keep learning, challenging myself, and showing up fully, because the way I show up matters.

I hope to be remembered as someone who built belonging, stayed unapologetically true to who I am, and helped others feel strong, not just in the gym, but in their whole lives.
